The ONLINE ASD 2001 Dream Telepathy Contest
July 13-17, 2001
I've been an appreciative member of ASD for many years, and have also
been more actively involved in the following ways:
a. Online Coordinator for the Research Requests web project
b. Member of the Electronic Communications Committee
c. Hostess for the Computer Cafe at the 1999 International Conference in Santa Cruz, California
d. ASD Treasurer 1999-2000
e. Currently ASD Board Member
In addition to my work with ASD, I'm also the News Director for Electric
Dreams (www.dreamgate.com/electric-dreams), and the webmistress for the
Bay Area Dreamworkers Group, or BADG (www.dreamtree.com/badg).
My all-time favorite dream book is The Kin of Ata are Waiting For
You by Dorothy Bryant. A wonderful work of fiction, about a man
leading an empty life who is rescued after an automobile accident by people
who live in a community guided entirely by their dreams. His time
with them not only gives him back his life, but transforms it in the process.
To qualify as an official entry, you must

How can I Incubate
a Telepathic Dream?
Many methods for dream incubation exist, but the key to all of them is
focused intent before you dream and clear recall after you awaken.
To concentrate on the contest just before going to sleep, you might simply
say to yourself:
"Tonight I will have a vivid dream about the ASD 2001 Dream Telepathy
Contest target picture.
Tomorrow morning when I wake, I will have clear, detailed recall of
In the morning, before you get out of bed, run your dream over and over
in your mind. Once the dream is firm in your memory, rise and write out
everything you can recall. Even seemingly unimportant dream fragments may
relate to the dream target.
Then come view the four picture targets. Be ready to e-mail your dream
or post it on the ASD Bulletin Board.
