Abstract
Dreamwork with
seniors in a retirement community is empowering. It is a creative
activity shared with peers. Dreamers know how far to explore a
dream; when the content seems threatening familiar defenses will
take over. Important issues may come up which can be addressed in
the relaxed after-glow of good dream work. Sharing dreams helps
build community and can offer vital support at times of individual
crisis.
