This Sunday we will be hosting a presentation on "Lucid Dreams and Spirituality" by Craig Sim Webb, PhD., Executive Director of the non-profit DREAMS Foundation

Craig Sim Webb, physicist and Executive Director of the non-profit DREAMS Foundation (www.dreams.ca), is a dream and consciousness speaker/researcher/ author/inventor with many hundreds of international public/media appearances (Discovery Channel, ABC, CBS, MSN, AOL, etc.). He has been involved in pioneering dream and lucid dream research at Stanford University and Montreal’s Sacré-Coeur Hospital, and helped found/produce.

Description:
Justina Lasley will honor the sacred nature of the dream and focus on personal growth and individuation. Attendees will view their dreams through group work moving the unconscious to consciousness. Emphasis will be placed on emotions and energy. Working with different techniques, participants will explore their dreams with a short individual exercise, as well as an in-depth group experience. Active participation or observation will be offered for the group work. Everyone is encouraged to record their dreams and bring their dream journal to the meeting.

Institute for Dream Studies
DreamSynergy™ Certification Program – 2009 Class

The Institute for Dream Studies (IDS) offers a certification program for work with dreams in private and clinical settings. It is designed for therapists, counselors, spiritual directors, clergy, health care workers, artists, teachers, as well as those seeking personal insight. This two-year certification program consists of 3 four-day weekend sessions per year in Charleston, South Carolina, and at-home studies. Attendance at the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) annual conference broadens the participants’ exposure to various specialists and areas of dreamwork.

Participants of IDS will analyze their dreams leading toward personal development and individuation. This is seen as the cornerstone of Dream Synergy™ Certification. During the first year, such subjects as the aspects of energy, emotions, and personal development will be investigated in depth. Students will read and reflect on various writings in the field of dreams and be encouraged to develop a particular area of interest. They will explore the process of organizing and leading dream groups by honoring the dream in a spiritual manner. Details of group work will be studied and participants will learn a variety of creative methods in dreamwork. Students will have access to Justina and her guidance and reflections throughout the program.
The new class starts September, 2009.
Enrollment is limited to 10 participants. Applications are reviewed and accepted as received.
One year program is also available.
