Post your requests for room mates on this thread using the REPLY button. Please be cautious about posting personal addresses and information - remember that this is a public board open to everyone.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rooms at the Rolduc Conference Center & Hotel must be booked directly with the Rolduc by contacting the conference center at email info@rolduc.com or Telephone +31 (0)45 54 66 888 and asking for the IASD Conference subscription rate in order to get the reduced fee.

You will be given a reservation code which you will need upon arrival. The Rolduc Conference Center accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, MAESTRO and Euro Cash payments.

Please book your hotel room early for the best chance of staying at the Rolduc site. Although Rolduc has space available for over 200 persons, we cannot guarantee room type availability beyond the planned number. In general the rooms of the former monastery are said to be quiet, well maintained and proper with beds with foam mattresses, however not deluxe and without air conditioning, although the june-july outside day temperature is typically between 21 to 25 C and night 14 to 16 C (day 70 - 77 F, night 57- 60 F).

In the main building there is a facility for wireless internet. After rooms are taken the Rolduc will suggest or help you arrange for alternative hotels in the area. The Rolduc Conference Center is located at Heyendallaan 82, 6464 EP, KERKRADE The Netherlands.

Go to the IASD conference website for a listing of other accommodations nearby in Kerkrade. http://asdreams.org/2011

Hello everyone,

My name's Isaac, i'm a Cornell student coming to this, my first conference, as an IASD member (1st one at all, actually). And i'd really love to stay in the castle, but as i've called today to reserve a room, and i've just learned that they're all booked. I wonder if there is anyone who has reserved a double or higher room and needs a roommate? I consider myself an entertaining conversationalist but like most participants here, i know the value of sleep. Reply or message me if you're interested!

-Isaac

Hello everybody,

My name is Ravil. I am 26 years old. I am from Moscow. I search the room in the castle. If somebody needs the roommate, please write me the message.

To Isaac: Hello Isaac! If you didn't find the room. I think it's good idea to find some variants around the castle.

Best regards,
Ravil.

Found a room! The contact person there is I.Brouns@rolduc.com. (Ilse Brouns), so I have edited this message to delete the part about needing a roommate.

Good luck everyone!

Hello!
I am looking for roomates for IASD conference. I am also facilitating a workshop on tuesday morning. I won´t be able to stay for the whole conference, but would love to find someone to share a room with. Any room is fine with me, the cheaper the better. I am coming from Finland and attended IASD last year in US. I am coming on sunday and will leave on wednesday (three nights). Leave post silja.heikkila@pp.inet.fi

Hi Everybody,

I am looking for a roomate at the IASD conference. I am coming from the United States and will be staying for the whole conference. I speak Spanish and English.

As a sidenote... is anybody driving from Spain or Portugal and interested in having a companion to share gas expense for the ride to and back from the conference? Depending on what can be worked out I may fly into Spain ahead of the conference and would love to network with others interested in dreams and dreaming.

I can be contacted at frank@dreamingresearch.com

We are each other's Dreams,
Frank

Hi dreamers

Looking for a roommate/room in NL IASD conference. Presenting and volunteering and will be there for the whole duration of the conference. Any room type works (the less cost the better for an artist).

thanks
Lana
