If you want to connect with others arriving at the airport and share a ride to the Hotel, use the reply on this thread.

Note:
For attendees flying into O'Hare, there is a FREE Hotel Shuttle to the Wyndham O'Hare Hotel.

So the Hotel advises people to get their baggage and head to the "Bus and Shuttle Center" (across from the O'Hare Hilton which is built into the airport complex). Then at the Bus and Shuttle Center, go to Door #1.

A white van with blue lettering which says "Wyndham O'Hare Hotel" will show up every 15 minutes and take people directly to the Hotel for free.
