About Catharine Vaucher
Catharine Vaucher (M.F.A. in Dance: UW-Madison; B.A. Dance, B.A. Philosophy: UC-Irvine. At NYU and the Universities of California, Wisconsin, Southern Illinois, and Georgia, Catharine taught improvisation, modern dance, dance theory and therapy. Since 1995 she has explored dreams through movement in her Ritual-Centered Dance, a workshop for adults in Princeton to cultivate creative living. In 1998 she created ANIMAGE, an improvisational dance company dedicated to exploring the body and movement as physical expressions of the soul.
