About Isaac Yitzhak Taitz

Hello, my name is Isaac Taitz, at the moment I am a senior Human Development Major at Cornell University. I'm working on my honors thesis touching on the topic of Lucid Dreaming and depression in college students. I've applied for a Fulbright Scholarship to study Lucid Dreaming with Prof. Blagrove at Swansea, though I unfortunately was unable to recieve it. I am now looking to be a Research Assistant to improve my clinical research experience.

As the Vice President of Outreach for Cornell Minds Matter, I love to improve people's wellbeing and I personally think that Lucid Dreaming may be key in that mission. I'm also excited about psychology in general, advocating for and promoting mental health, and enjoying new and old things in life.

My favorite dream book: "The Sandman" series, by Neil Gaiman; followed shortly by "The Laithe of Heaven," by Ursula K. Le Guinn.

My favorite dream movie: Paprika, and The City of Lost Children.

I'll keep this short for now, but e-mail me and we'll chat!

My notes on the IASD

I joined IASD because it was referred to me by Prof. Blagrove. In my conversations with him, he told me about this "waky bunch of amazing people" and i was instantly hooked. I'm looking forward to joining the ranks of amazing oneironauts, and contributing something to them as well.
