Justina Lasley is an author and dream therapist who enjoys working with individuals and groups to help unlock the wisdom of their unconscious. She shares with her clients her enthusiasm, her keen insight, and her talent for relating to others, thereby facilitating their movement toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
She is internationally recognized as a facilitator of individual and group work, the developer of Dream Synergy dreamwork, a lecturer and leader of workshops.
Justina's studies and experiences in Applied Art add depth and imagination in the exploration of the images and metaphorical aspects of the dream. She leads individuals to personal and spiritual growth. Her experience as a teacher enhances her capabilities as an instructor.
Justina's Dream Synergy approach to dreamwork incorporates an emphasis on emotions and an eclectic blend of creative dreamwork techniques. Dream Synergy is enhanced and deepened by group work.
She earned her Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the University of West Georgia with an emphasis in dreams, and has a B.A. in Applied Art and Education from Converse College. She also studied at the University of Paris, and with many other well-known authors and dream specialists. Justina has organized and led dream groups for over 19 years. She has presented lectures and workshops regarding personal and practical applications of dreams throughout the United States and many foreign countries. After many years conducting dream groups in Atlanta, GA, Justina is now based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Justina has presented lectures and workshops at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, as well as at the IASD conferences ( California, Hawaii, Denmark, Boston, Washington, D.C., Montreal, and Chicago) and for the C.G. Jung Society of Atlanta.
Justina is the Founder and Director of the Institute for Dream Studies which offers a Dream Synergy certification course for work with dreams in private and clinical settings. It is designed for therapists, counselors, spiritual directors, ministers, health care workers, teachers, as well as as those interested in self individuation.
