About Kendra Crossen Burroughs
|
I have been doing personal dreamwork since 1986 (have also done 5 years of Jungian dreamwork in analysis), about the same time I started to work for Shambhala in Boston. As an editor, I had the opportunity to work on a number of books on dreams by authors including Marie-Louise von Franz and Robert Bosnak, as well as Jesse Reklaw's unique DREAMTOONS. I now live in in South Carolina, where I continue to edit for Shambhala and enjoy drawing and writing up my dreams; my specialty is the "dreamlet," a very short dream of one or just a few sentences, or sometimes just a single image. Examples: A giant menorah stands on a deserted golf course, at night. * A tiny cello is caught in a spider's web. * a pencil parachutes down from the sky.
