About Lily Myers

I am a personal life coach, dreamwork circles facilitator, and workshop leader using mythology as a map and guide for transformation. My work centers around the transformational journey and helping people to see the patterns that are underlying their behaviors and life journey. Through this awakening consciousness students and clients are empowered to breakthrough limiting life choices to a renewed and refreshed relationship to their own spirit and soul.

I joined ASD to meet other professionals within the arena of dreamwork and personal development, hoping to deepen my own work, both personally and professionally.

I don't usually like to name a "favorite anything" as I find it limiting, but the dream I am most juiced by right now combines a waking and sleeping aspect. Here it is: I keep hearing the words "jewish mysticism...kabbalah" over and over. I wake up and take off my new ring that I have received for Valentine's Day, and place it in the center of the round coaster next to my bed. With my eyes closed, I am careful to place it exactly in the center of the circle. I go back to sleep and dream the words "alchemy, alchemy...alchemy." When I awake in the morning, the first thing I do is reach to the ring, put it on my left "ring finger" (a different finger than it was previously on) and I am amazed that the ring appears more beautiful than I had previously recognized!

I have published an article on symbol-work in the magazine newsletter of The Association for Humanistic Psychology, and have recently finished writing a Masters Thesis on: The Transformational Journey as Recognized in Story, Myth, Dreams and Art.
