About Lisa Madelle-Bottomley

I live and Dream in Washington state on the Olympic Pennisula. I have a private counseling practice in Port Hadlock Washington and also work Part time as a children's therapist at Jumping Mouse Children's Center in Port Townsend WA.
I did my undergraduate studies at The Evergreen State College, and graduated with my M.A.in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate institute in 2004. In my private practice I work with all ages using Dream-Work and Focusing with creative arts and Imaginal work. My background is in the creative arts and includes studies in Embodied Dream work with Robert Bosnak, Sandtray with Dott Kelly, Dyadic Attachment therapy with Dan Hughes, and Internal family systems with Richard Schwartz.
I'm a huge fan of Ann Sayre Wiseman's book: Nigntmare Help, about using creativity and drawing for dream work with children.

My notes on the IASD

I joined ASD in 1999 after attending a Jeremy Taylor workshop. IASD is one of the most amazing organizations because of the incredible diversity of its membership and the non-judgmental openness it maintains towards a multitude of approaches to understanding Dreams. I love that at IASD conferences Art and Science come together like no other place on earth!!!
