About Margery Runyan, PhD, LCSW, LCAP

I am an identical twin and my favorite dreams involve my twin sister Malinda at my side. She was killed in a plane crash when we were 39. I have been researching the dreams of identical twins using quantitative content analysis per Hall and Van de Castle and my dissertation has been published with many interesting findings. I have a clinical practice in Florida and Colorado primarily for twins and persons who experienced trauma and suffer from anxiety, depression, and/or substance abuse. I use depth psychology including dream interpretation and active imagination. In 2010 I will launch a weekly radio program on WorldTalkRadio called Twin Talk about our life experiences, our psyches, and twin research. I have been reading alot of Jungian material on dreams, alchemy, astrology, and symbols.

My notes on the IASD

I joined because I am fascinated by depth psychology, Jung in particular, journaling per Ira Progoff, and dream interpretation in general. The twins who lost twins told me that I would see my twin again in my dreams and that came true. I would like to help pave the way for more research on twins and psi abilities.
