About Patricia Garfield, Ph.D

Patricia Garfield, Ph.D., is a renowned expert in dreams; her Ph.D. is in Clinical Psychology. Author of twelve books on dreams, Patricia’s bestseller Creative Dreaming (1974, 1995) is considered a classic and appears in fifteen languages. She is one of the Founding members of the Association for the Study of Dreams and was president from 1998 - 1999.
She won the 2002 Parents’ Guide Media Award for The Dream Book. In 2012, The International Association for the Study of Dreams granted her an award for Lifetime Achievement in Dreamwork. Her website www.creativedreaming.org draws visitors from around the globe.
