I recommend the book "Nightmares: How to Make Sense of Your Darkest Dreams" by Alex Lukeman. New York: M. Evans & Co., 2000.
My favorite dreams tend to involve flying over fields or very high into the blue sky and into deep space. I also love dreams of visiting a beautiful garden filled with saucer magnolia trees and flowering cherries in full bloom.

My notes on the IASD

I am very interested in learning about research on dreams, especially in the areas of nightmares (especially recurring ones), lucid dreaming, and what happens in the brain when we dream. I would like to see this organization create more awareness of the importance of dreams. I would love to be a subject in a dream study as I have always had vivid dreams!
