HOW TO TELL YOURSELF APART FROM SOMEBODY ELSE

"Uniandargsatsumas " by JuhaniOne of the challenges of being "sensitive", whether awake or asleep, is that we tend to pick up on the thoughts and feelings of others. The difficulty with this, I learned after many years of teaching classes in Intuitive Development, is that some people genuinely can't tell whether it's their own feeling they're feeling--or somebody else's. How often have you walked into a room, picked up an immediate headache, and decided that it must be the lights, or what you ate for lunch?

Have you ever had a dream in which a friend began offering you a particular food or talked about a special diet? Whose dream was it? Yours or the friend's? Learning how to distinguish our own feelings and issues from the feelings and issues of others is a prerequisite to clear psi dreaming. This workshop will offer some exercises for doing that.

GROUP DREAMING WORKSHOP

" Old Woman" by Sandy GinsbergThere is no way to determine whether you're proficient in sharing dreams with a group of people that's better than practice. In this workshop we're going to set a few group dreaming goals and see what happens.

What I can tell you is this. Over a period of twenty years, I have conducted a series of group dreaming experiments called "Dreams to the Tenth Power," with groups of people of all ages, from all over the world. The results of these experiments have convinced me that people can and do dream together on a regular basis.
